The events and incidents of the massacre began at dawn on July 27, 2013 in front of the platform and the memorial of the Unknown Soldier, El-Nasr Road, within the authority of Nasr City second police station.
The security forces opened fire on the sitterss in Rabaa El-Adaweyah Square, which resulted in deaths and injuries.
The security forces arrested 73 of the Rabaa El-Adaweyah sitters.
Those arrested were charged with intentional murder and causing injuries and damages.
