The Al-Shehab Human Rights Center monitors the ongoing enforced disappearance of citizen Abdulrahman Ashraf Kamel, who was arrested from a street in Cairo on April 3, 2019. Since then, no official entity has announced his whereabouts or legal status, and he has been missing for more than 600 days without any information to reassure his family about him.
🔻 Abdulrahman's family appeals and calls for:
The family confirms that they have not received any response or indication regarding their son's fate, and they urge everyone to pray for his safe and healthy return, hoping to receive news about him soon after this long period of enforced absence.
🔻 The Al-Shehab Center demands:
• Immediate disclosure of Abdulrahman Ashraf Kamel's place of detention
• Enabling his family and lawyer to communicate with him
• Conducting a serious investigation into the enforced disappearance and holding those responsible accountable
• Ensuring his complete safety and preventing any violations against him
