•• The Cairo Criminal Court, Badr Circuit, Appeal Division, today Monday, 12/10/2026, considered several cases. The court decided to adjourn some of them to specified dates, while ruling to reject one of the appeals, as follows:

1- Appeal No. 10813 of 2026, Kulliyat October, concerning Case No. 1301 of 2023, State Security Prosecution, registered under No. 4579 of 2025, First of October, and No. 1105 of 2025, Kulliyat October. The court decided to adjourn the consideration of the appeal to the session of 7/11/2026 for the defense to present arguments.

2- Appeal No. 4710 of 2026, Kulliyat North Giza, concerning Case No. 2989 of 2024, State Security Prosecution, registered under No. 12989 of 2024, Al-‘Uboor, and No. 3753 of 2024, Kulliyat North Giza. The court decided to adjourn the consideration of the appeal to the session of 14/12/2026 for technical assistance.

3- Appeal No. 2263 of 2026, Kulliyat South Giza, concerning the re-trial procedures of the Al-Nahda case, registered under No. 12681 of 2013, Giza, and No. 1443 of 2015, Kulliyat Giza. The court decided to adjourn the consideration of the appeal to the session of 14/12/2026 for judgment.

4- Appeal No. 9450 of 2026, Kulliyat South Giza, concerning Case No. 867 of 2020, State Security Prosecution, registered under No. 7730 of 2024, Al-Hawamdiyah, and No. 8126 of 2024, Kulliyat South Giza. The court decided to adjourn the consideration of the appeal to the session of 9/11/2026 for judgment.

5- Appeal No. 6428 of 2026, Kulliyat South Giza, concerning the re-trial procedures of the Al-Nahda case, registered under No. 12681 of 2013, Giza, and No. 1443 of 2015, Kulliyat Giza. The court ruled to reject the appeal.
