•• The Cairo Criminal Court, Badr Branch, Second Circuit, today Saturday, 24/10/2026, considered a number of cases referred to it by the Supreme State Security Prosecution. The cases involved dozens of detainees held in connection with those cases. The court decided to adjourn them to specified dates as follows:

1- Case No. 628 of 2021, State Security Case Register, registered under No. 22768 of 2024, First Settlement, and No. 3407 of 2024, New Cairo Criminal Court, to a session on 12/12/2026 for the prosecution’s submissions.

2- Case No. 630 of 2017, State Security Case Register, registered under No. 14255 of 2024, First Nasr City, and No. 1709 of 2024, New Cairo Criminal Court, to a session on 30/12/2026 to hear witnesses.

3- Case No. 1000 of 2021, State Security Case Register, registered under No. 500 of 2025, Second 6th of October, and No. 5 of 2025, October Criminal Court, to a session on 16/12/2026 for the prosecution’s submissions.

4- Case No. 1408 of 2024, State Security Case Register, registered under No. 15887 of 2025, Al-Mokattam, and No. 2682 of 2025, South Cairo Criminal Court, to a session on 16/12/2026 to hear witnesses.

5- Case No. 1816 of 2023, State Security Case Register, to a session on 25/11/2026 for the prosecution’s submissions.

6- Case No. 6811 of 2025, State Security Case Register, registered under No. 5640 of 2026, Al-Ma‘asra, and No. 885 of 2026, Helwan Criminal Court, to a session on 12/12/2026 to hear witnesses.
