Text of the message published by the family of the political detainee Amin Al-Sayrafi:

Good morning, everyone,

Until now, we do not know anything about my father, the political detainee #Amin_Al-Sayrafi.

The last two pieces of news we received were shocking:

The first was a year ago, when we learned that his cell was stripped and he was transferred for "disciplinary" reasons!

He has been in solitary confinement for 12 years,

Imagine what it means to be in solitary confinement and then be taken to another place for punishment, depriving you of the blessing of solitary confinement—just imagine and let your mind wander freely!

At that time, he was placed in disciplinary confinement and had fractures and wounds, and I trust in God and He is the best disposer of affairs.

The second piece of news is that my father has entered a complete hunger strike, refusing food and medicine,

along with a group of detainees,

and there have been cases of suicide, fainting, and diabetic comas among them.
